Will my health insurance cover the cost of my treatment?


My qualification is widely recognised and accepted by many insurance and health care plan providers. Please check with your provider to see if your cover allows this.
Please note that treatments must be paid for in full - you will then be issued with a receipt to send to your plan provider for a refund.

I'm not sure which treatment is best for me - how do I decide?

I would encourage you to contact me for an informal chat to enable me to provide you with all the information you will need to make a decision. If you would like to book a taster session first before committing to purchasing a block of treatments, this is also encouraged.
Taster treatments are charged at £10.



What if I need to cancel or rearrange my appointment?

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you wish to cancel / rearrange an appointment as this gives me chance to offer the appointment to somebody else.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%.



Do you offer any discounts?

Block bookings can be made to save up to £40 off the cost of your treatment package.



Can I buy a gift voucher?

Gift vouchers are available for all treatments, up to any value. These make an ideal treat for friends and family, or to say "Thank You" to a teacher.
Gift vouchers have an expiry date of 6 months, valid from the date of your choosing. This should allow plenty of time too book the treatment, but if you feel you need to extend this date, please do get in touch for a chat.
